SPRING DETOX
A gentle renewal in the heart of Provence
Spring is a season of renewal.

At a time when Provence is at its very best - fresh, luminous and full of life - Spring Detox is a four day pause designed to help you slow sown, recentre and gently restore your energy, without pressure or rigidity.
This short escape invites you to embrace the rhythm of the Luberon, blending gentle movement, nourishing food and free time, all within a relaxed and convivial atmosphere.

Each day begins with a yoga or Pilates session, suitable for all levels, with a focus on mobility, strength and relaxation.
We then come together in the kitchen to prepare healthy, seasonal recipes using fresh, local ingredients. Simple, generous and flavourful cooking, designed to support wellbeing while preserving the pleasure of eating and sharing meals together.
Beyond these shared moments, the rest of the day is yours. Walks through nearby villages, time by the pool, exploring the Luberon or simply resting - everyone is free to follow their own rythm.
This retreat is offered as a self-drive experience, ideal for those who enjoy independence while still sharing meaningful moments together.
You'll leave with a small recipe booklet, easy ideas to recreate at home, and renewed sense of lightness, balance and energy.
More than a detox, Spring Detox is an invitation to reconnect with your body, your appetite and your daily rhythm - embraced in the gentle warmth of a Provençal spring.
